BUT ANYWAYS, YES, IT'S CON-HOTEL PLANNING TIME. I'll be listing all the information you guys will need. First of all, this is the roster:

We're going to have two queen beds and a sofa-bed pullout, so with the exception of Sunday, we should be able to have bedspace for everyone. Glee.

Aaaaaand everyone's favorite part, the money! Thursday, Friday and Saturday will run us all $32 per person, per night; Sunday will be $26 per person for the night. Which means that in total, Everyone staying the full weekend ( everyone but Louis and his gf ), will be paying $122 per person. Louis, you and your gf will owe 26$ each. As usual, we prefer that you pay us through paypal before the con, if at all possible. Ask around if you can -- I know that most of you know people who can paypal FOR you if you're unable to. Of course if no arrangements can be made, you can pay us at the con, on Thursday. I trust every single one of you, and I have shared a con room with almost every single one of you in the past, so I know I can trust you all to pay your shares. And ilu for it. ♥

/>And of course, the rules. As stated above, I've roomed with all of you before, and I've never had a problem, and I don't expect to, so I'll be brief. It's all common sense, so I doubt there'll be a problem.

1. KEEP CLEEEEAN. I was lax about this at AnimeBoston, because we had tons of people jammed up into a very, very tiny room. It was impossible to keep clean. However, I think we might be luckier this time. We've got 2 queen beds, and one sofa bed, so it's likely we'll have a room similar to our AnimeNEXT room -- nice and big. I hope so, at least. If that's the case, I expect you guys to keep clean. For the most part, we were able to keep the AnimeNEXT room clean, so I expect we can do it with this one, too. Clutter is all right, but throw your trash IN THE TRASH CAN plz gaiz. Also, towels. WE SEEM TO HAVE A TOWEL ISSUE. They generally always get left on the sopping wet floor forever, and we have no towels. Hang them up when you're finished with them. We can always call down for more, so if you see that there are no clean towels left, throw them into the hallway and we'll get more.

ALSO, the housekeeping at AnimeNEXT was .. well, pretty damned nice. If the room gets really bad, I'll let the housekeeping lady run amok, so HIDE YOUR VALUABLES IF IT COMES TO THIS. Kekeke.

2. Smoking. None in the room. ::pointed stare at Louis and Nicole.:: But really I know you guys are cool. Anyone who's a smoker, myself included, will smoke outside the hotel. We don't want to set off any fire alarms, or anyone's allergies.

3. Try to bring food! It's become a tradition for us to create a pile of con-food. As usual, Frog and I will be bringing our hotplate, and Ty you can bring yours too. IMAGINE, WE CAN COOK MORE THAN ONE BOWL OF SOUP AT ONCE!!1! So try to bring a little food with you if you can. Soups and chef boyardee are best, considering the fact that they are REAL FOOD and all. And God knows we all need the energy from a quick meal at a con.
