Wow, it's been almost a year since I've posted on here. So here's what's happened since then.
I'm currently living in Pittsburgh now, South Side. I've already had some crazy experiences in just the first month that I've been here. I'm working two jobs, one as a pizza maker and the other as an expo. Both jobs take up 60 hrs of my life from Friday to Wednesday with Thursday being my only day off. On top of all that I'm looking to take Kung Fu lessons. I'm living with a cool roomie and the the bro and we like to drink a lot and party on our amazing roof. If you have Facebook I've put up some pictures of the apt and I should be getting two rolls of film back very shortly and will be posting those pics on there too.
South Side is almost a world of it's own. Three day weekends start on Thursday and end Sunday morning with many people doing the walk of shame home around 7:45 a.m. when I'm walking to work. There are crack heads, meth heads, bums and musicians that hang out on the streets at all hours of every day of the week begging for change and cigarettes. I live directly across from a bar that's always hopping and people don't vacate the streets until about four in the morning. The noise doesn't bother me anymore and I love people watching out my window.
I'm currently working on a book but I'm really not sure where it's going if anywhere at all. It's about my life, but I'm not sure that I want to expose myself and the others in. We'll see. Also I'm looking to pick up a third job so that I can save up enough to buy a car by the end of winter. I hate five hour bus rides to see my family and friends and would just rather spend two hours in the car. Even though gas prices are ridiculous right now. There is a light at the end of the tunnel on that one though. They expect them to drop down to the $2-3 range within the next couple of weeks.
Also I'm sort of seeing someone right now. It's good but stressful but I'm always up for a challenge. I'll be visiting next week and I'll be bringing this person with me. I can't wait to see everyone and get yet another tattoo by Chelsea. She's awesome.
