I've finished work.  I was supposed to do an hour or so last night, about 1/2 an hour at 9:30 and then about an hour at 12:00.

It wound up being an hour last night, then from 9:15 - 13:15 constantly. Never mind - it's all money in the bank.

It also means that when I go back on Tuesday, i'm ready to just get started back into it rather than wasting half a morning checking and responding to emails.

I don't really mind that i'm back at work in 2 days - it's been a great break - i'm just gutted that R's back at school.  She's looking forward to it: because she's in P7 she's going to be a 'big buddy' to a P1, and also she has a school trip to an outdoor centre - so i'll be without her from a Monday to a Friday (how the heck will I cope with that?)  I'm not even taking my Wednesday off that week - might as well be in at work if I don't have my wee girly to pick up. *sob*.

And I counted - once they're back, it's only 8 weeks till the October holidays :-)  Then 3 further weeks to 2 days off in Nov where we go to Centre Parcs, then 6 weeks to the Christmas Holidays.
