Who could have known that while I was posting the weather maps about how safe it was where I was located that 3 tornados were doing massive destruction not an hour away. Since I've been in 2 tornados back in the 70s, I don't want to think about it. I am praying for the people who lost their homes and businesses. No one was killed.

Today I racked a little bit more of the circle edge inward. I think it needs to be flatter to blend into the yard. I moved the water hose to the side of the greenhouse and moved the birdfeeders back on the deck ledge. I also planted the 3 cells of cilantro in the garden bed next to the swiss chard. Having never grown either before I may have them too close. I put glass over top for a few days.

I brought home a couple of begonias from beside Mom's garage. I'v e potted them together in a small pot to see if they will get going or just wither and die. They weren't the best plants in the bunch and I'd accidently pulled them when I was getting some grass out of the bed. It's worth a try.

It was a nice day, not hot or windy. Upper 60s/low 70s.
