Both Sythyry and the calamitous Cani have "tagged" me for this now. I haven't done it earlier because I didn't know what "tagged" meant. "Sythyry, does this mean I'm supposed to wear a tag with your quirks written on it? What?"

Zie says no, "tagging" means I'm supposed to write down seven of my quirks. Why didn't zie say so in the first place?

1) I'm fascinated by the four rare Primes. Khtsoysis not so much, but Gorormor and Sleeth and Zi Ri, yes. They're so rare it's almost like they ought to be monsters, but they're not, of course. They're perfectly civilized. Well ... imperfectly civilized, anyway. Zi Ri are civil, the other three have to work at it.
2) Smart monsters fascinate me, too, although not as much as they used to. That horde Sythyry's got reading zir journal put me off of them. Way too many of them like Vae.
3) I want to meet Vae. This is patent evidence of my insanity. I keep thinking "I want to do a portrait of her" and then thinking "but wait, I also like being alive and sane." I cannot reconcile these impulses.
4) I think female Primes are more beautiful than male ones, in general, but I'm more attracted to male ones. I don't think that makes sense, either.
5) My primary obsession is with enchantment. This is a very practical and useful obsession with many applications in the real world, as well as an engrossing field of study. I'm good at it, too. I'm really lucky to be obsessed with something so handy. Even so, some times when I look at one of my unfinished paintings, I wish I was obsessed with art instead.
6) Clashing patterns really bother me. Striped people should not wear prints. One of my uncles wears prints, plaids and florals, and it looks so out of place I can hardly stand to glance his direction.
7) I've had this journal more than a year and never had the nerve to write in it before. I'm not sure whether I'm more afraid that monsters will leave notes in it, or that they won't.
