Trip to the Farmer's Market today for the last of the season's habaneros yielded a surprise win. Sweet potatoes! From the really nice older fellow with the organic farm. He charged me a dollar for two pounds worth. Man. I gave him extra, like I always do. So even being really under the weather, I made sweet potato fries baked in the oven. Tasty and healthy!
