mp3 players

One of the best things that I love about my mp3 player is that I can use memory cards for it.  This way I can put different types of music or artists on different disks.  For example, one disk I have Mannheim Steamroller, another I have Christmas music.  You get the picture...  I found this mp3 player at http://www.littleshopofphoto.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=1 .  I don't have to scroll through...

digital cameras

I bought a new digital camera about six months ago.  It is a small, thin, fit in your shirt pocket type that is 7.2 MB.  Many of my friends, when they see it ask me where I got it.  I tell them that there is this online store where I got it at a good price, and the address is http://www.littleshopofphoto.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=2 .  It was delivered quickly and easily.

Recovery is important

Building muscle is much more than just being able to lift weights.  The e-book at http://www.moreweights.com/lift-weights/ says that lifting weights is the part that tears down the muscle by stressing it.  The actual building of the muscle comes during the recovery period.  That is probably the most important part.

Overtraining

While muscle building, many people tend to overtrain by going to the gym too often.  The e-book at http://www.moreweights.com/muscle-building/ explains why overtraining can actually put you backwards.  Your muscle don't get bigger, they actually get smaller.  Don't go to the gym every day or every other day.
