Hey! it's the new year I know I know I'm like a week late. But today - my first official "new years" day.. that being the first day waking up in my own bed needs a little reflection... or something. Biofit - 5 months later


well there we go. some explanations and other stuff. 1. I gained 1 lb. in total... not a bad thing... 2. my old "ideal weight" was 136 lbs. with my increase in muscle it is now 144 lbs. 3. the excess fat in july was 11lbs. it now is 4 lbs (WOO!) 4. res butt


things are looking good these mornings.. I'm up. around 6 am and out the door at about 7... getting to the gym in the cold is well going to be more of a problem .. especially if there is snow on the way (tomorrow apparently). I need to get sweat pants.... HA! for some reason I always associate them with res butt. What is res butt you ask.. it's that great phenomenon where university students go...

Bleach. vacationing has made me LAZY. I took the TTC to work yesterday and haven't even looked at my bike since arriving in monday night. I eat sweet things. legs again.. bah


Oi! a week off from the gym and then right back to it... legs day.. bah.. it's all plyometrics and abs.. My abs are getting tight.. they say after a month you can see a difference.. and with the abs i think i might.. not really see.. but feel.. they are solid.. when i contract them or when i am standing they feel hard.. cool. hee hee but the work outs are getting harder for them ...mostly focusing...
