In the bathroom stalls at work there is a double spindle of toilet paper. One day I tried to replace the roll and found the spindle would not come off. My mother has been having problems with her laptop...business laptop....ANCIENT business laptop for the last week or two. The only thing I've been able to get out of her is "It says it can't connect." I'm not sure if this is the wireless networking that she insists on using or the email or IE or what. She has tried rebooting the laptop and the wireless router but that doesn't help. Problem started...

The spoon: Do we ever think of the significance this item has? It is perhaps the first tool we learn how to use, the first object that puts us on our way to realize we can use other things to manipulate our environment. Does it hold any special meaning to you?
