Flash CS4: проблемы с новым motion tween

Здравствуйте! Пытаюсь привыкнуть к новому motion tween в Flash CS4, но постоянно сталкиваюсь с проблемами. Перечислю ниже основные из них, и буду очень благодарен за советы как с ними справиться. 1.
