Wow one more day till the end of 2009!!!  I have been on my Weight Watcher Plan and I am doing great!  I tried some clothes on yesterday and they were all too big!  Now that is a problem I am liking alot!  This time around I am going to make sure the weight stays off.  I have an incentive, my Hypnotherapy Business.  How can I tell people how to shed weight if I can't do it myself.  So, now ...
