I mailed in my official acceptance-of-offer form today, along with a hefty deposit, and got my student number and e-mail address and all manner of official things.  Classes start on August 31.  Which, in actuality, is only a mere week before the day after labor day, when the rest of the academic world starts school, but... psychologically?  August is simply way too soon.  It's doing my head in...
