Well

I have been thinking pretty serious about my job....and stuff like that.   I usually don't put work stuff on here.
[except all the old work RANTING...but i found a new place to put that....so my goal is to downsize that here]

But I been thinking about getting a new job. I got a pretty good job offer...  Here in the same
town I work in...  And we need the extra cash...the insurance is a lot worse...but I think
overall it is better.

But the ALTRUISTIC/EGOISTIC tendencies make me feel bad about leaving the job I am in.

They are really hurting..and leaving now is gonna make it worse....so I do feel bad about it.
Usually I love being the underdog  and helping the underdog..I have spent most of my
life doing that...but maybe I need to look out for me and my wife more this time

So that brings up the reason for this topic.  I was talking to my wife about this new
factory..How they have really reallly old controls.  No central computer...[ a central puter like the
pretty new PURAC factory I spent my whole life dedicated too].   No computeres, no
screens... SO very PREHISTORI!!!

I mentioned that to her  and she said   "Maybe you will put new controls in!  Like you
always do!!"

hahahaha  she knows me so well.  I have made some pretty amazing new automation
with chemical tanks and reactions, evaporators, a railroad loadout that was almost automatic
...plus the crazy crane and conveyors where i used to work.  I love making things AUTOMATIC

Plus it usually increases the production..so the managers are happy after you do it  And it is
easier for the workers...mostly   so they usually like it too.

So that was a pretty neat comment from Jacque
