Friday was a pleasant day at work. The phone was eerily quiet and I found time to work on my pet projects. Work has been really good lately and it has crossed my mind that the world does sometimes conform to internal states of consciousness.

I went to the gym that night and it went well. I did deadlift singles in the power rack with the pin as low as I could set it.(.5 of the way between my ankle and my knee). I worked up to 405 lbds and then dropped back down to 315 so I could work on my speed/power. On one of my reps one of the bars on the rack broke, so I conceded at that point. Oddly enough that same rack held together when I was doing shrugs.

Today was spent sleeping, doing chores, and doting on my "boys". When Charlotte got home from work we got ready in a hurry and went out to O:O for a surprise party. Yes that's the name of the place, but everyone refers to it as Tapas.

So, HAPPY BIRTHDAY chron_job! It was great to see everyone outside of the club, unfortunately I cannot always go because I am usually too wiped out from work and training to not get some sleep.

I'll be at satanbutterfly's party, 80's night at Wiseguys, and zynthpopicon's party so I'll be a social moth or something like that.
