Delaware III - Day 1

Sunny. Around 50°F. Went to New Castle today. I was going to see the center of the Twelve-Mile Circle but the historical building is closed on Monday so I'll have to do that tomorrow. However, there were many other geocaches around the area so I did those. Dinner was at Rasa Sayang in northern Wilmington.
