New Countdown

... new countdown. Since we had problems because it isn't allowed to date post in the future in comunitys and flash countdowns wouldn't work in the topbar, i had to make a tickerfactory image. I deleted the old countdownpost before, but it's still available at the profile page~ Thanks to our new maintainer ultraviolet_p1 and babyelefant at everything_lj ! Have fun~
