Yet Again . . . Advair, Foradil, Serevent, Symbicort et. al.

Along with my Singulair (evenings) Fexofenadine (mornings) and various other stuff (Levothyroxine and Tramadol . . . more mornings), I take Symbicort twice a day, one puff morning and evening, every day and was basically told I'll be taking it for the rest of my life. Which even thought I'm in my 50's I WAS actually hoping would be about 30+ years! X-Posted to asthma_people
