This house is for sale in the lovely little neighborhood of Oakville, where K and his brother spent weekends w/ their father before he moved to CA. It's priced $50 to $100k less than comparable houses around here, with half the property taxes, and cheaper fuel/utility costs... Sure, the kitchen is awkward and the smallish yard needs work, but I think it's do-able & adorable....
