Peppers and the Unexpected Pest

... hornworm down! I noticed this guy yesterday and he's since eaten two peppers. I thought they were pickier eaters and stuck to tomatoes?! He's the first pest I've noticed on the pepper plants and will be donated to science. Per destroyah_des 's wonderful instructional it will be going to live with my nieces this afternoon. (If you look closely he's visible in the first photo too).
