Ive been reading alot of posts.. actually i read every ana_mia and am_i_thin comments everyday.. Everyone seems to be fasting or complaining about a binge.. WITHOUT BEING A BITCH... Eh Hello, hell ya if you starve or try cut something out completely you will 99% fall off the wagon so to speak... Why starve and be miserable? Why then binge and feel even worse? In all seriousness though, it breaks my heart to read about a 5'7" girl  who weights 109 pounds and who is emotionally hurting very badly because shes so fat and she ate more than 500 calories that day, so shes going on a 30 day fast. yesterday all i had was an apple and a couple of DIET redbulls... actually they were the adli's version called "RED THUNDER" but there much nicer anyway ! HA and went to mates for dinner. had jacket potato and slice of pizza this mornin at work my boss comes up to me with a chocolate croissant that she popped into the bakery to get some she was like i got u one of these !!Shes soo nice i ...
