Random Quotes in Blurb?

Account level: paid Theme Layer I found this code for a random quotes box in the sidebar, but I was wondering if the same thing could be accomplished in the blurb box. Any one have any ideas?

I was browsing through some of the old entries in this community and came across something that caught my eye. After reading this post , I was wondering how I would edit it to allow for headers of different heights. Changing line-height and font-size in customized meta data?
