1. All characters must be played as canon. This includes the character's house, personality, friends etc. Everything that happened in canon up to September 1, 1995 must remain in place. After September 1, we are taking creative license and some things will likely change. We will not require canon pairings, though we encourage them. Do not have your character date someone unrealistic, though.

2. Upon acceptance, you must make your character journal within a reasonable amount of time and add it to both the storm_brewing and storm_ooc groups.

3. Posting requirements are a minimum of a new post every two weeks. If you're more active than that, it makes the game more fun, but we do realize real life gets in the way. If you need to go on hiatus, please contact a mod.

4. When posting a new thread, please put the roleplay behind a LiveJournal cut. If you're unaware of how to do one of these, ask a mod. We will be posting a blog with proper etiquette to posting a new thread before the group opens officially.

5. You must complete the character sheet for all of your characters before participating in play.

6. Messengers (aim/yim/msn) are not required, but they make plotting storylines much easier. Do try to plot storylines with people, whether it be via messenger or email.

7. We will roleplay the game in real time, however, the opening date will be September 1st. Each day following will be a new date.

8. We will accept original characters, however, canon characters are our priority and we are extremely strict on originals.

9. Please stick to the storyline as much as possible, but create your own sub storylines with people as well.

10. More rules may appear as needed.
