some of you thought the previous picture was a slime mold. it wasn't, but this is a slime mold, the scrambled egg slime (fuligo septica) probably. to doubly tie it to the previous post, this slime is also sometimes called dog's vomit slime, especially in the laterstages when it turns more brown and differently textured . allegedly some people in mexicoeat it, though ...
