I made this post - yesterday. We've just returned from the pediatrician - and apparently what I was seeing has nothing to do with my son's circumcision. Apparently, the mysterious white "stuff" is hardened smegma (yuck). So, basically I've just got to do a better job of cleaning his penis and it *should* take care of itself. Anyhow, I know some of you were curious to hear what we found out...

I don't really see embarrassment as an issue at her age, but I'm trying to think of something to explain it.
