Jazon Bladen: You know.
Jazon Bladen: With a Death Note, I'd probably pull a Kira.
Jazon Bladen: Except it wouldn't be as easy to find the person that did it.
Coy 247: I wouldnt stoop for something as low as the ability to kill a single person at a time.
Coy 247: I'd be interested when it came to at least planet destroying power
Coy 247: but nothing less.
Jazon Bladen: See, I'd like to see the good spared and the wicked punished.
Coy 247: Heh. I dont like to pass judgement. I'd only do something to alter the world for myself, because i dont feel like something done to oneself is one's respnosibility for interactions with others. That is, if I want to destroy the world, me along with it, I can't be held accountable for th eother people. If they don't want me to they can try to stop me. Everyone should fight for their own agenda to the best of their ability.
Coy 247: Those who can do.
Coy 247: The only morality is following your own sense of responsibility to yourself.
Coy 247: I'm a good person because I want to be superior, not because I care about other people. And admitting that makes me act better than most people do.
Coy 247: So it's a good thing.
Coy 247: Having a sense of superiority is worth taking shit from people and not going down to their level.
Coy 247: To me, that is.
Coy 247: Everyone has their own personal code.
Coy 247: They should follow it to the best of their ability.
Coy 247: And the person with the most capacity will dominate when agendas clash.
Coy 247: That's the natural intention.
Jazon Bladen: I'd like the ability to specifically target one person at a time. Basically, I wouldn't mind passing judgement.
Jazon Bladen: except I'm less arrogant like Light.
Jazon Bladen: I wouldn't do it to broadcast my existance, I would do it from the shadows.
Coy 247: You don't mind that your petty.
Coy 247: The idea that you'd target people who piss you off wouldnt bother you as long as they were just as bad as anyone you might pass judgement on objectively like watching the news.
Jazon Bladen: I would try not to pass judgement on anyone that I knew or had met IRL.
Coy 247: but thats a survival mechanism
Jazon Bladen: Oh man.
Coy 247: what im saying is that your personality and yoru actions even on a lesser scale are still such that you dont care if your petty if you have a good reason
Jazon Bladen: It would make the PN much more awesome.
Jazon Bladen: Passing judgement on furries.
Coy 247: See, I couldnt punish someone because they made me angry, even if they deserved it. I'd have to target someone who didn't offend me directly. Because I admit that morality, while objective, is tangential to people's desire to punish, that people are selfish in their desire to punish others, that people only want revenge. You, unlike me, seem to be at peace with the fact that you like revenge, that you get mad at people who wrong you, even when theyre in the right.
Coy 247: You have the judgement to differentiate people in the wrong from the right
Coy 247: SO you wouldnt pass judgement on the people who angered you but didnt deserve it
Coy 247: but among the people who deserve judgement you'd first judge the people who angered you personally
Coy 247: thats just a element of your personality
Coy 247: you are at peace with the fact that humans are petty creatures
Coy 247: I'm not. I spend too much time trying to strive against human nature.
Coy 247: I'm a bit obsessed with spirituality in this context, but in the sense of one's personal connection to the Cosmic Justice. I think that doing the right thing for the wrong reasons still makes it wrong.
Coy 247: And yes, a revenge group would be ideal for something like the death note. The PN's would function because they aren't really passing judgement as much as embodying existing anger.
Coy 247: They dont decide whose wrong, they simply act on the public opinion.
Coy 247: Anonymous is an agent of the mob.
Coy 247: The mob as in The mob not the mob
Coy 247: the crowd
Coy 247: the public will.
Coy 247: Rather than examine individuals for their wroth, since most people aren't worthy, or everyone is worthy, depending on your scale
Jazon Bladen: This means that Anonymous could become true power.
Jazon Bladen: Think of it.
Coy 247: the anonymous manifesto is instead to target those who appear
Coy 247: rather than look for people to pass judgement upon
Coy 247: they do attacks of opporutnity
Coy 247: using the public will as a guide
Coy 247: because they are part of the public
Coy 247: they accept that their own opinion factors into it
Coy 247: that they aren't public servants
Coy 247: they dont pretend to be objective and follow the will of the people whatever it is
Coy 247: they instead ARE part of the people
Coy 247: hence anonymity
Coy 247: you can't have the Crowd be aware that yoru one of the judges
Coy 247: or else that will corrupt the system
Jazon Bladen: If only Death Notes really existed, lol.
Coy 247: eh, i would disagree with the use and existence of such a thing
Jazon Bladen: I wouldn't tell anybody else if it ever did.
Jazon Bladen: I'd keep it to myself.
Jazon Bladen: All the meanwhile, coming up with a way to try and get my Shinigami killed.
Jazon Bladen: So I could have free reign.
Coy 247: the only thing that keeps existence mattering is the fact that the unvierse is neutral. Deaths arent the result of punishment or some thinking being's whims. Which is why god can't be seen as the force behidn things. Its too insane a way to see the world.
Coy 247: If you thought god was the cause of every hurricane and every this and that, you would be turned insane and not fit in society. You'd do bad things based on judgements that arent judgements.
Coy 247: If most random deaths were the cuase of death gods entertaining themselves, life would be equally meaningless as if there was a god interfering.
Coy 247: The only thing that makes human existence matter is that there is no interference
Coy 247: its the natural system
Coy 247: chaos.
Coy 247: The natural order.
Coy 247: Chaos is the natural order.
Jazon Bladen: Yes, but who cares about natural order would you could be the righteous hand of God?
Jazon Bladen: *when you
Coy 247: Yes, but then you'd either be too limited scale to truly be god or become god on the big scale and thus make life not matter for anyone
Coy 247: Either you'd just be a petty person in a single sandbox, ignoring other areas outside of your realm
Jazon Bladen: Well that's the thing.
Coy 247: or you'd invalidate everything
Jazon Bladen: You leave enough evil in the world to make things interesting.
Jazon Bladen: and to make people turn towards you.
Coy 247: yes, but then that makes your justice meaningless
Coy 247: and makes you a tyrant.
Jazon Bladen: Perhaps.
Coy 247: Life will stil having meaning, but your reign wont
Jazon Bladen: But I would have the power to choose.
Coy 247: Either god is malicious or life has no meaning.
Coy 247: Thats the only way god can exist among the human world.
Coy 247: To really be a benevolent god you'd have to not interfere
Jazon Bladen: Yes, but I would.
Coy 247: yes, but as a mortal at least people could try to stop you
Jazon Bladen: They would fail.
Coy 247: myself among them
Coy 247: yes, but the ability to pass judgement isnt omnipotence
Jazon Bladen: I wouldn't let anyone stand in my way.
Coy 247: and no matter how clever and ambitious you are, you will lose.
Coy 247: Unless omnipotence is attainable.
Coy 247: Bassically yes, if theres a way to become omnipotent, you just have to have the ambition to reach it.
Jazon Bladen: and the delictable part is that no one will know that it's me with a Death Note. People would be like "OMG WHAT IF THEY REALLY EXIST!?" but they wouldn't know where to begin looking.
Coy 247: But assuming that there is not, your ambition and cleverness wont save you.
Coy 247: Yes, but if yoru the kind of person who would judge people
Coy 247: yoru going to slip up
Coy 247: and someone wil. find out
Jazon Bladen: Not if I don't announce it.
Coy 247: even if they dont know its you
Coy 247: people will sense it in the world
Coy 247: bassically either you will be found out, or the phenomena will be found out
Coy 247: and life will be meaningless
Coy 247: you'll be robbing people of the reason to exist
Jazon Bladen: Unlike Light, I'm laid back and very easy going.
Coy 247: You'll be the devil.
Coy 247: You are the devil. Basically.
Jazon Bladen: Left Hand of the Devil and the Right Hand of God.
Jazon Bladen: You'd have the ultimate power over Good and Evil
Coy 247: If you let life still have a meaning by not killing all evil people, so people still have a reasonable choice, then yes life isnt invalidated but you have become capricious.
Coy 247: If your not an overbearing god who invalidates free willt hen your just a petty satan.
Coy 247: bassically AND THEN TOM WAS THE WORST CRIMINAL THERE IS
Coy 247: WE WILL BE KILLED BY CRIMINALS!
Coy 247: NO TOM
Coy 247: YOU ARE THE CRIMINAL
Coy 247: AND THEN TOM WAS KIRA
Jazon Bladen: I'd be willing to sacrifice myself in order to make sure the wrongs of the world were made right. It's only natural that when trying to establish order from chaos that you would be a martyr.
Coy 247: and essentially, if you have the capacity to be petty and only judge a few people, then you will fail and the universe will be balanced thankfully.
Jazon Bladen: Thus, I would right all of the wrongs with a pen.
Coy 247: That is, if your mortal than you are mrotal.
Coy 247: bassically
Jazon Bladen: Of course, I admit that I am petty.
Coy 247: YES, KIRA, JUSTICE WILL PREVAIL
Coy 247: yes, but that doesnt immunize you
Jazon Bladen: I would pass judgement on the furries first.
Jazon Bladen: For they are a disease.
Coy 247: admitting your petty just makes you ok in your soul. That's your personal code. But someone else's code will clash and they'll be stronger.
Coy 247: Like i was talking about my view on responsibility.
Jazon Bladen: No one could defeat me. I'm too clever. I'd just fade into the shadows.
Coy 247: Yes you'll be following as much morality as you need to, but universally by being petty your evil unquestionably
Jazon Bladen: I'd be... Anonymous.
Coy 247: Bullshit
Coy 247: your not that clever
Coy 247: you'd get pwned.
Coy 247: Only through cheating (omnipotence) would you not be. And if your omnipotent the unvierse doesnt have any meaning, so thus you'll fail regardless.
Coy 247: The only way you can win is by losing the game, bassically.
Jazon Bladen: Yes, but in the event that I did get a Death Note, it wouldn't be hard to hide.
Coy 247: The only way you can rule the world through nuclear weapons is to destroy the world.
Jazon Bladen: And then I have delicious world news.
Coy 247: You' get raped.
Coy 247: you'd
Coy 247: there would be no way for you to previal
Coy 247: you'd have an impact on society by having done it, but ultimately before you can do much change directly you'
Coy 247: you would be stopped
Jazon Bladen: It's not about eliminating all of the criminals. It's about making them scared to commit crimes. To make furries scared to yiff.
Coy 247: the fact that you were willing to do it will cause more impact than your actual actions.
Jazon Bladen: It makes the world a better place when evil is afraid of good and not vice versa.
Jazon Bladen: And that's what would make me righteous.
Coy 247: Bah. Why is it the one who cares about justice sounds like the devil and the one who is impersonal soudns like god?
Coy 247: Because any "good" god would have to be neutral
Coy 247: That's what makes me better than you.
Coy 247: By not thinking that being at peace with the fact that as a human I'm flawed gives me a right to not feel bad about it.
Coy 247: You should feel bad, because it sa bad thing
Jazon Bladen: Only in your eyes.
Coy 247: but its ok
Coy 247: because confident people like you get pwned by someone else
Coy 247: someone else who is a zealot as well
Jazon Bladen: Only in the movies.
Coy 247: and they'll get powned
Coy 247: no, only in the movies do people prevail
Coy 247: real life there's always a bigger fish
Coy 247: and it's not escalating, it's cyclical
Jazon Bladen: Yes, but as I've said, there is no real life L.
Coy 247: there's plenty of people more clever than you
Coy 247: and plenty more clever than them
Coy 247: its not about a bigger and bigger fish until there's got to be a biggest
Coy 247: it's cyclical. There is no biggest
Coy 247: we all cancel each other out
Coy 247: At any given point in time there's always an equal but opposite force.
Jazon Bladen: Besides.
Jazon Bladen: No one would know who was doing it.
Coy 247: But anyways, the point is these scenarios are rotten, because the whole point is that supernatural powers dont exist, which is why my human ability theory works. That is, people pass judgement, but only to the extent theyre able. The only reason the police catch most of the people they want to execute is because many people agree on it. If it was one person they wouldnt be able to do it.
Coy 247: There is no survival of the fittest, only the public will.
Coy 247: Bassically the truth of humanity is what is allowed to happen.
Coy 247: Entering x-factors in is cheezy, like godmoding. "Lol i have an invisible forcefiled".
Coy 247: because ok, even if you had an invisible forcefield, that can be beaten even without more godmoding
Coy 247: but the fact is that ten you say "but i can fly too!"
Coy 247: if you had the deathnote you could be stopped
Coy 247: same if you had fifty other powers as well
Coy 247: its only by being able to say you'd have the response to any given situation
Jazon Bladen: Heh.
Coy 247: that you can be invicible
Coy 247: bassically the only way to win is to play calvinball
Jazon Bladen: YOU think that someone with a DN could be stopped.
Coy 247: i know. Easily.
Coy 247: that sort of thinhg is too evil to exist in this world
Jazon Bladen: I'd like to think of it as neither good nor evil.
Coy 247: its existence is not something humanity could tolerate
Jazon Bladen: It depends on what you do with it.
Coy 247: I'm saying that that ability is evil
Coy 247: no matter how it's used
Coy 247: like a nuke
Coy 247: it's evil no matter why you detonate it
Coy 247: the detonation is evil
Coy 247: Because it doesn't belong in this world.
Coy 247: Having that much power over others is always evil
Coy 247: no matter what your intent is
Coy 247: even if you used it wisely, having the option to rule others is evil
Jazon Bladen: The world would be a much less boring place with interesting things like that.
Coy 247: no one should have that kind of power
Coy 247: bah
Jazon Bladen: But nothing interesting ever happens.
Coy 247: fucking ryuk
Coy 247: "this is so interesting!"
Jazon Bladen: Basically, I'm bored.
Jazon Bladen: Nothing ever happens in real life.
Coy 247: your a petty, capricious child.
Jazon Bladen: Perhaps.
Jazon Bladen: But isn't that the human condition?
Jazon Bladen: I joined the PN mostly out of boredom.
Jazon Bladen: I wanted something to do, and furries don't seem like real human beings to me, so I don't feel bad when I make them feel horrible.
Jazon Bladen: In fact, you don't know the rush you feel when you crash your first sim.
Jazon Bladen: It felt good.
Jazon Bladen: And then I stopped crashing sims and started trolling furries.
Jazon Bladen: Making their Internet lives miserable.
Jazon Bladen: On the other side of the coin.
Jazon Bladen: I would love to find someone to beat, like a real Kira.
Jazon Bladen: That would keep me occupied.
Coy 247: well thats why L isn't truly just
Coy 247: because he could of just as easily been on the other side
Coy 247: he doesnt do what he does because it's right, he does it because of the challenge
Coy 247: The boredom could of gone either way
Coy 247: and anyways, no matter how powerful you are, you can be stopped by anyone willing to give up more than you are
Jazon Bladen: Even L died, and there's no special magical orphanage raising super geniuses.
Coy 247: you say you'd be willign to die for your petty game, well I know I'd be willing to destroy the universe to stop you. It'd be worth it to kill everyone just to make sure that no one is able to kill whoever they awnts.
Coy 247: I think, I know, that true jsutice is being willing to validate existence by destroying it.
Coy 247: That it'd be better for everyone on eaerth to die than one person to have power over everyone.
Coy 247: That's justice.
Coy 247: and to be fair, your pretending that it's realistic for yout o have kira level itnelligence, but not for their to be a whammy house.
Coy 247: Thats a contradiction.
Jazon Bladen: I do have Kira-level intelligence.
Coy 247: Your mythologizing yourself without viewing the world just as unrealistically.
Coy 247: Lol. No.
Coy 247: Wrong.
Coy 247: Ehhh.
Jazon Bladen: I just don't use it for any purpose.
Coy 247: lol.
Coy 247: Keep thinking that.
Jazon Bladen: See, that's my characteristic flaw.
Coy 247: heh
Coy 247: thats nice and poetic
Coy 247: but not true
Jazon Bladen: I was given a lot of intelligence, but not a lot of willingness to do anything.
Coy 247: the fact is you aren't capable of doing anything
Coy 247: which is why you should do something
Coy 247: dont romanatize your laziness
Coy 247: yhour not saving the world from a kira by being lazy
Coy 247: your just avoiding your own opportunities
Coy 247: you couldnt take over the world if you tried
Jazon Bladen: When I break through my barrier, I become amazingly powerful.
Coy 247: you arent doing the world a favor by not fighting with all your guts
Jazon Bladen: Yeah, but it would depend on if it was something that interested me. If I got bored doing it, then it wasn't worth doing in the first place.
Jazon Bladen: It was just wasted time.
Coy 247: Oi. See, I'm honest with myself. I already fight within all of my ability for my own agenda. Sometimes I win, sometimes I lose. That's the human truth. Everyone always using 100% to do what they want.
Jazon Bladen: and effort.
Coy 247: The fact is you dont want to be aware of your own mortality and powerlessness. BUt the fact is you can never truly feel powerful until yhou give it everything you got.
Coy 247: You can't feel the true thrill of victory without tasting the pain of defeat.
Coy 247: anyways, my only point was, earlier, that admitting your flawed doesnt absolve you. Realizing yoru petty wouldnt make acting on that petiness alright. The fact is that make syou wrost, because your aware you just dont care. Othe rpeople exist to bop you on the head. The fact is if you ruled the world we'd all be better of killing ourselves. Whereas I wouldnt put anyone in that situation. If I got the power to rule the world I'd either not interfere at all or destroy it first chance I got. I wouldnt attempt to have my cake and eat it to. It's the cake+eating attitude that i dont like about you.
Coy 247: and if you had some schroedinger cake that you could both have and have eaten, it would make the universe broken and worthless
Coy 247: and make life not worth living
Coy 247: for anyone.
Coy 247: So stop seeking schroedinger cake!
Coy 247: you twisted cake villain!~ (XD)
Coy 247: you know, im gonna have to put this on my lj now
Jazon Bladen: Great.
Jazon Bladen: EVERYONE CAN SEE HOW AWESOME I AM :D
Coy 247: Whenever an argument gets to the point where Im using analogies, its become epic.
Jazon Bladen: Of course, this means that no one's ever going to give me a Death Note now.
Jazon Bladen: Or that I'd be the first person they'd give one to.
Coy 247: lol.
Coy 247: Keep dreaming.
Coy 247: I suppose evil ambitions exist in humans for a reason
Coy 247: Maybe it'll help you do good things someday.
Jazon Bladen: Hey, it'd be worth it to get a Misa or a Takada.
Coy 247: I guess we'd all be evil if we were omnipotent
Coy 247: maybe it's that fact that makes us generally good in our impotence
Coy 247: lord, you and I aren't good and evil. It's chaotic evil vs. lawfull evil. XD
Jazon Bladen: Yes, but it means I'm lawful
Jazon Bladen: .And that's what matters.
Coy 247: what?
Coy 247: yoru the chaotic one
Jazon Bladen: Pfft.
Coy 247: i was saying im lawful
Coy 247: Pettiness is decidedly chaotic
Jazon Bladen: Chaotic means doing shit for random. You'd be the chaotic evil sephiroth destroying the world.
Coy 247: no, thats from my deovtion to law
Jazon Bladen: Pfft.
Jazon Bladen: Whatever, chaotic evil's cooler anyway.
Coy 247: Chaotic Evil is evil for evil's sake, except in humans that actually means just doing whatever you want. So in a way you could say were innately chaotic, through selfishness. Innately choatice evil. Lawfulness is unnatural, something we strive towards.
Coy 247: The fact is though in this world in practicality we all shift from Chaotic Good to Evil, which makes us Chaotic Evil. Because randomness is all that seperates who were nice to and who we arent
Coy 247: all our good deeds mean nothing if we decide who were good to by who pisses us off and who doesnt
Coy 247: I respect neutral evil people. Mercenaries. Theyre selfish to, but they arent hypocrites like everyone else.
Coy 247: They dont pretend that doing good things on occassion because you feel like it is good
Coy 247: inf act i find that that makes you evil
Coy 247: if you help one person for no good reason, but dont help another who you had no more reason not to help
Coy 247: that makes you evil
Coy 247: even if you have not yet done anything evil
Coy 247: see
Coy 247: my whole spiel, everything, the reaosn why if blank is true than it's worthwhile to destroy the universe is because i think unfairness is the worst thing ever
Coy 247: whereas you probably recognize unfairness is neccesary to keep existing
Coy 247: that if we were obsessed with fairness we'd destroy the universe
Coy 247: so its ultimately a choice
Coy 247: Do we go on living in an evil universe
Coy 247: or is it less evil to destroy it to save it from itself?
Coy 247: Which is worth, your ability to be part of evil, or my ability to destroy the good to get rid of the evil too?
Coy 247: *worst
Coy 247: I dont think theres an answer.
Coy 247: But I feel more noble. But maybe that's capcricious pettiness in itself.
Coy 247: But it still doesnt make me like you...its it's own kind of beast...
Coy 247: were not all equal
Coy 247: but were all equally guilty
Coy 247: does that make any sense?
Coy 247: Anyways, there's no reason to fight, I just think that everything you stand for is wrong. XD And you seem to think the same about my values.
Coy 247: goddamit
Coy 247: no matter how much i sorten it to not be too much every time i try to paste what i copy firefox crashes
Coy 247: the fuck
Coy 247: god my computer sucks
Coy 247: but yeah, the world is lucky im around to save it from you
Coy 247: even if that means killing the shit out of it
Coy 247: XD
Coy 247: man, for the universe's sake i hope that there's a hero out there to stop either of us
