So, remember I was going to tell about my personal canon? I'm so glad so many people wanted to know! :D And because of that I figured I'd post all in one, for all to see. Italics indicate something I believe 100%, and have thought about a bit. Others were mostly just stuff I put two and two together to get. While cleaning, would you believe? Some people I've thought about more than others, sorry guys.

nz_bonjovi_gal wanted MCR, girlneedsagun, crowgirl13, and fatbottomed wanted Bob, turnyourankle and monoblue wanted Ray, atomichatred82 wanted Mikeyway, luna_k wanted Frank, nessime_lisen wanted Gerard, and velvet_tuberose wanted Brian.
Bob Bryar
Bob owns Rihanna's Good Girl Gone Bad and he really likes it. Umbrella might possibly be his favourite music video of the summer. When Gerard sang Unbrella on Projekt Rev he was totally doing it to mock Bob.
Gway is Bob's personal nickname for Gerard, and noone else uses it but him (and us, obviously).
Bob said yes to touring Europe with MCR and Brian for the following reasons: 1) it was Europe, and he'd never been, 2) those dudes where really cool, 3) he had a feeling that MCR where really seriously going somewhere big, and he wanted to be around to see it. He hoped that when they were touring later, after 3 Cheers, that they'd bring Bob on with them as a full time tech and tour manager for them.

Ray Toro (these turned out very Ray/Gerard shippy, which is fine, but apparently I have more of an otp there than I thought?)
When Ray is homesick he often watches Gilmore Girls and pouts. He more often snuggles with Gerard and talks about The Old Times.
Ray honestly thought Gerard looked beautiful on the first day of the Helena shoot. He hugged him while he got upset over the dancing on the second day of the shoot.
After Gerard got sober, Ray suggested the studio in the back of the second bus partly as a way to ocupy Gee while everyone was partying around them.
I took Ray days and days to figure out how to work Garageband initially. Bob and he made a few calls to Patrick to ask questions about how to do things that Ray just couldn't figure out, no mater how patiently he read the help guide or the getting started PDF.

Mikeyway
Had a little bit of hero worship for Bob when they first met.
Mikey was - and he'll only admit this to his band and Alicia - a bit in love with Pete during summer '05, in that strange way that two guys can be in love and still not want to sleep with each other. Pete is the only guy that Mikey has ever or will ever kiss.
When he would get home after school, Mikey would sit on the couch and watch Sailor Moon and Blossom.
When Mikey met Billy Corgan he freaked out a little bit in the bathroom afterwards.
Mikey first learned to play guitar, and then learned bass. He could play bass well before MCR was formed, but he did learn all of the bass parts that Ray had written for the Attic Demos in one day (this is more my interpretation of canon from interviews, and it irks me a bit to read about Mikeyway learning bass from scratch for MCR, because he did not. In LOTMS he says he played bass for his and Gee's old band, Raygun Jones, at least).

Frank
8th Grade by Pencey Prep is based on a real experience Frank had.
Frank paid for the Attic Demos at the very first gig where MCR played. Mikey wanted to give him a copy free, but Frank was adimate about giving up the $5.
Frank was seriously pissed that he wasn't the first to know that Gerard and Lyn were getting married. He was also very dubious about the wisdom of such a shotgun wedding.
Frank cried when: 1) Gerard and Mikey told him about Elena, 2) Jamia cried over the "Jamia" tattoo, 3) with relief when he realised that Bob was really going to stick with the band (which was after the fourth show they played together), 4) during his wedding ceremony.

Gerard
Had a crush on his professor at art school, the young one that taught Gerard that people would always disappoint him, and that died young. It was maybe made up mostly of morbid fascination and young adult angst, but still.
Gerard can totally appreciate Eminem's talent as a rapper, and the dude's got some funny/good lyrics. That doesn't mean that he likes him.

Brian Schechter
There are only two times Brain ever rethought his choice of managing MCR. They both involve Ways.

turnyourankle wanted Lyn-Z, and bkm5191 wanted Jamia, and I'm throwing in bonus Alicia.
Lyn-Z
Lyn fell in love with Gerard's laugh first.
Lyn plans on getting a tattoo to represent Gerard. It probably won't be as literal as his name tattoo'd on her arse or anything, but it will be all about their undying love.

Jamia
Jamia was shamefully relieved when Frank got rid of his dreads.
When Frank got his first Jamia tattoo, Jamia cried, she couldn't help it.
It's Jamia who is in fact the reigning Halo champion on the MCR busses. She and Ray get a bit abusive in their competition with each other. She practices against Krista when they're in Jersey.

Alicia
Really likes American Idol, like rediculously so. She calls Mikey and watches it with him, and they debate the merits of each performance, often with imput from the rest of MCR (who all also watch it, when they can). She really likes Simon.
Alicia also has an addiction for reality TV, which Mikey doesn't share. He sees enough reality on the bus, thanks.

cheshire_cat94 asked for Nick Wheeler. I haven't had much time to build up some canon for him, Chesh, but I tried.
Nick Wheeler
He had his ear pierced at age 14 because he thought it was very cool and rock-star. Kids teased him a lot about being a fag at first. Tyson thought it was very cool.
He would have given all the kids he taught guitar lessons for free, seriously, he loves playing so much. But money is nice, too.
He and Tyson swore an oath that they'd always play music together, no matter what. There was spit involved. Take that as you will.

seanarenay asked for Tom Conrad and Jon Walker (brothers! Joined at the hip! Seperated at birth!), and I'm sorry that I haven't thought about Tom enough to Know Things about him, and I'm sorry that what I feel is a bit depressing :(
Tom Conrad
Tom knows now - even though it still hurts - that starting again with Sean and Ryan and the guys is the best thing for him after TAI.

Jon Walker
Jon Walker has always been the sober driver for his friends at home. Luckily they chose to walk home after parties a lot.
Spencer's mum finds Jon's lisp to be the most endearing thing about any of the boys. Jon blushes when she says nice things to him. Brendon mocks him by singing Stacey's Mom, replacing Stacey with Spencer, obviously.
Jon has a weakness for chick flicks. Things like Never Been Kissed and Save the Last Dance.

crowgirl13 asked for Patrick.
Patrick
Patrick knew he could sing - at least he knew he could hold a note and carry a tune - but he hadn't sung for anyone or had anyone compliment his singing until Pete.
Patrick is a bit in awe of Doug's swing cover of Dance, Dance, and he wants to sing it that way live one day. He has to convice Pete first.
Pete kind of ruined Jeff Buckley's Hallelujah for Patrick, becuase he can't hear it anymore without wanting to cry. He never goes to a Best Buy, even if it's the closest for what he needs.

And last off, fatbottomed asked for Spencer.
Spencer
Spencer's beard is directly related to him reading fanzines and LJ comments and posts about how girly/babyfaced/sweet/young he looks. He was determined to show that he could be as manly as Jon. Hence the beard growing competion in The Cabin.
Spencer wants Brendon to record his version of Spencer's Mom  for youtube. He thinks it's hilarious. Until Ryan reminds him that that makes Spencer the chick that Jon's hanging with to try and bang his mum. Then all communication breaks down into a string of bad "your mum" jokes.
Spencer covets Patrick's shoes.

Teeny bit of housekeeping: I'm not going to leave LJ yet, not yet, but I will be backing up everything to my IJ (stepps there as well), mostly so that if LJ's server goes funny (which has happened in the past), I have somewhere to hang out and play. The fandom run archive/journal is what I'm waiting for, personally.
