Master Ninja 7.1 beta

It's been months and months in the making, but the acute visitors to the site have no doubt noticed a few new things. This is all a part of the overhaul to MasterNinja 7.1 (beta, for now). 7.1 will include registration, user accounts and the vaunted "Ask a Ninja" feature.
