A very fine InCon indeed. I thought my concert had a rough start but finished well, and the masquerade was a lot of fun, and the panels were pretty cool, and everybody was very nice as usual, and yeah. I do apologize for not making either of the open filks -- I have been off-and-on sick the past several days, and not getting anywhere near enough sleep, and I simply couldn't do 'em. I'll make it up...

Just got back from DucKon , where I had the pleasure of experiencing fine performances by the irrepressible filkertom  , the incredible cadhla  , tigertoy  , ToyBoat , Vixy & Tony, Kathy Mar and many others.  Also did some terrific gaming with friends old & new, and even managed to catch a ride home (Thanks, salexa  )! Meanwhile, farewell & RIP to Lt. Roger Terry...

Happy New Year's Everyone! I spent the night at Lytheria (fannish rooming house in Milwaukee that many of you are familiar with), and saw a lot of folks, including tigertoy  , filkart  , ithiriel  , wyld_dandelyon  , among many others.  (Thought I'd see beigealert  there, but didn't. I got back from Chambanacon earlier this evening, leaving right after the never-ending filk panel. I got to do some filking on Friday night with tigertoy (who did a couple of nice covers of my older material), Art, and Mike Brim.
