You know, for the most part, I actually prefer it (in spite of the now ubiquitous Darkwing Duck jokes) over the most recent crazy orange cat's eye kinda thingy logo, which had no presence and looked better suited for a Sci-Fi Channel Original Movie Presentation. I found out on Thursday that I'd done something really bone-headed at work, then I had to leave it to another co-worker to deal with since I was off Friday. Not my best moment. But Friday I did get the rest of a ficathon story written, which means I should be able to get my Seasonal Spuffy story done next week. I'd missed the notification of my posting date, and it's a liiiiitle closer than I thought...

Absinthe and I watched Stargate Universe with thebitterguy and Cynra. We have dubbed it BattleStargate GalacticaVerse. Wow, the characters are a bunch of whiny ass bitches. Too bad more of them weren't killed off. But at least I can say that I watched it, and can thus form an opinion of the show for myself.
