At sonofabish 's suggestion here , I created the new tag recycling . I went through the garbage -tagged entries and made some fairly arbitrary decisions about what should keep the garbage tag, what should get the recycling tag instead, and what should have both tags. There's also some overlap with the donation tag. Very rough guidelines: "garbage" is for municipal trash pickup, as well...
