So, this girl seems really sweet, but some of the things she wears... I thought that this photo was actually something posted on this comm, but no, it was on one of the others that I belong to. However, this isn't the first time I made this mistake with her. O_o

So I've been thinking about this for a while. The self portrait comm that is so popular on LJ ( selfportraits ) is a great fun place. But on the flip side of that there are a ton of awful thoughtless myspace pictures. I'm really interested in making a community that focuses on the creative side of self portraits. Images that are visually interesting in concept, lighting, or style. All posts...

This community is shutting down. It's been brought to my attention that the posting level in selfportraits has gone down since the spotlight and there are lots of other side communities like this one. The content is mostly the same for all these communities so everyone is just going back to the original self portrait comm. No one posts here that much anyway so there's no reason to keep it...
