So a brief recap of the trip: We ate. A lot. As usual. My mom made ravioli from scratch, my #1 favorite of hers, but with soft tofu instead of ricotta as my lactose intolerance has been spiking. We got in late Saturday night, then spent yesterday celebrating his birthday (a day late) intermingled with me periodically falling asleep because I was so damn exhausted. 10 hours of sleep last night, and still tired.
