Thursday.
22mi/1.8m elliptical,interval style Good food, I didn't have a "real meal" until dinner (which was stir fry sans rice), But I ate at like 11p (yogurt & banana), 1p (apple & peanut butter) and 3p (vitatop muffin & carrots). Day 3
Gym time done - 20 mins eliptical, for 1.3 miles. No real water yet though. My left calf and hamstring are killing me! I alternate between not wanting to do anything cause of it, and wanting to push thru to get stronger so it doesn't hurt.
