guinea pig woman had to take the piggies to the vet again. i'm determined to pay for half the vet bill so there goes 3-4 voice lessons, aka 60 bucks. i feel so bad about that whole thing. she says she wishes she didn't take them. taught my first voice lesson of the fall today. teach 7 more tomorrow o_O also 4 hours at the loft. tomorrow i should actually make more than a day at a 7 to 3 teaching job...

went to the zoo with joraina today. we walked for two and a half hours. i was surprised how much i liked the prarie dogs, they were her favorite animals. i like the big cats but the lions were hiding and the tiger was sleeping, you could barely see him. she should be posting some good pictures soon, which i will of course gank. i'm never buying ice cream for my house again, btw. i had a craving...

So I made two purchases today that I think were quite worthwhile, especially for the price. The first is Utada Hikaru's new English-language album, This is the One . I want her hoodie. I really love Utada, as I've mentioned before. She seems like a bit of a kindred spirit in some ways, and yet she's so much cooler than me (and seems a bit more free-spirited) that I can be jealous of her...
