In spite of the fact that I worked Friday night until 11:00, a few hours yesterday and again today, this has been a fantastic weekend. Things really started Thursday night.  burkefireguy11  , trickyskricky   and Abby came over to spend the night on their way up to weekend LARPing. S is going up to NPC Endgame.  The gals are going up to NERO Boston to PC Volta.  I made them dinner... ok...

So with initial LARP dates posted, and a good gaming session recently, my head is quite full of the desire to LARP / Game... and trying to think ahead to what needs done, mainly in costuming I need (or want) to do before those dates arrive. jjmarika 's post, of course, made me envious of sergers, and I actually went to see how much such a thing would cost me. And have been all the more dreaming...

We recieved our first actual gift for he wedding today. Thank you jjmarika  and D for the crockpot. I bet you already know where we are going to use that! That was perfect timing and is helping to cheer us up.
