When I made my earlier post about starting to take Pregnenolone, heron61  commented that pregnenolone is best taken sublingually, not as a capsule swallowed.            Because of poor gut absorption, I upped my dose to 2 capsules a day, to be taken with dietary fats (based on what I was able to discover via google).         More research needed before I decide what sublingual...
