The gather was fab - although I was rather later arriving than planned (no change there then!) - this time thanks to hairdresser deciding to colour my hair and a 40 minute appointment taking nearly 3 hours! And M&S don't do GF/WF food in the cafe - but Pret do fabulous celeriac soup - yum! The Gather itself was wondrous - there were lots and lots and lots of wonderful people there and we laughed...

Lost 2 lbs this week :-). I've tried to get more exercise this week and, although it only works in weeks like this when I've got some time in the evenings, I suppose that's the way to go rather than trying to eat even less then I'm already (supposed to be) doing. 3 lbs to go to the 5 stone mark. Been to the Trafford Centre today and bought 5 new pairs of trousers, 2 sizes smaller than the old ones...
