I haven't actually done it yet, but I found a website that supposedly will supply you with a free credit from each of the three credit bureaus once each 12 months. https://www.annualcreditreport.com/cra/index.jsp In the near future I will get one on  geekgirlie and me to see if there is anything we need to clean up.
