A friend of mine with M.E. met the other day and we were talking about coffee intake. She then said something about "coffee affecting deep sleep".... which made me think, and say to her "ah, that is *why* coffee doesn´t affect my sleep at all, because people with fibro don´t get deep sleep in the first place!".
