Found via budgie_uk . To the right is a graph of UK house prices since 1990. It's one thing to know what has happened; it's another thing to see it laid out quite so plainly. I bought my first property, a flat, in 1995, and my second, a house, in 2000. When you compare those dates with the graph, it looks like very shrewd buying. So, I've spent hours queuing for her gig in Cork and finally we're let through the doors at the venue and it's, as expected, a complete bum rush to try to get to the front.
