I'm looking for cute CHEAP (under $20) rainboots. It's been raining here a lot lately and I think i'm ready to try the willies trend. I'm very picky about patterns and consider some of the patterns on willie to be slightly tacky. I'm graduating from college on May 17. I usually get a trim about every 6-ish weeks, which means that my next one would be a week or so before graduation. Even though it's only a trim, do you think I should wait until after graduation? I know you're supposed to wait until AFTER big/important events for drastic changes, and while graduation is certainly a big thing, I don't think a trim is a big deal...

I received a Sephora Kabuki and it smells... like.. moth balls. I thought it was because it was new, but it seriously has been through FOUR deep cleanings with FOUR different scents of baby shampoos, I also cleaned it with alcohol AND used the mixture on youtube (found here: Smelly Brushes ).. and put it to air dry each time.. and NOTHING. It still smells.. is there anything I can do that may get...
