Because I know some of you are not Canadians and thus would not have had the same exposure to this incident as my Canadian friends are, the plain facts, boiled down as I understand them, are this: On December 6, 1989, a man walked into a classroom of 60 at the l'École Polytechnique. RT @audra_williams

audrawilliams just posted part of an oldish interview with Ahmir Thompson in her LJ that I've wanted to bring up in here for about a year and a half now, but kept forgetting to! So I'm going to take that as a prompt and do so now. It concerns this R'n'B video from quite a while back: Remember that one? At the time, it was kid of like, "Damn, it's about time!" or something because it...

In the trenches

Just came back from PodCamp Toronto , where audrawilliams and I gave a presentation on Social Media in the Public Service . It went over really well, and it’ll be up on SlideShare once the video/audio archives are up at PodCamp so I can stitch it all together. I spent a fair amount of the trip feeling ill, and to my horror, I’ve realized that I always started feeling sick about twenty...

I was just searching for something on my computer and found this chat log between audrawilliams and I that really made me snigger. She is so hilarious. Audra Are "The Hills" and "One Tree Hill" the same? Audra Probably not. Audra This is like that time I combined Justin Timberlake with Timbaland. Sara Ha ha ha! I have NO idea.
