Quick heads up. Kurotokagi Gumi has released their bootleg of Stray Cat Rock: Wild Jumbo , the second of the series, and has placed the first film in the series on sale as of today. As far as I know, neither of these films are available anywhere with subtitles. Kurotokagi's bootlegs are usually pretty high quality. I do own their bootleg of the first film and it's absolutely worth the $10....

Just a quick heads up. On Wednesday & Thursday April 29 & 30, the New Beverly is showing Akira Kurosawa's Stray Dog as part of a double feature with Thunderbolt & Lightfoot (the Clint Eastwood/Jeff Bridges movie).
