!Mod Post: New Layout & and Header

kurtrussell has gotten a new look everyone. Since labor day, I've been spending a great deal of time searching for a new Stylesheet to use and naturally, this type of process usually leads me coming up with nothing, so I ventured back to the Stylesheet maker I used before: milou_veronica and created a new Header to suit the new look.
