I just realized that since February 11, 2008 I've been referring to my mind as a Fantastic Robot Brain, which has a rather sweet acronym: F.R.B. In the spirit of Star Wars droid naming conventions, I am totally going to start calling it my FeRB .
..., the "Batman: The Brave and the Bold" animated series is a musical. The explanation could have been reasonable except that once they're out of the influence of the mind-controlling singing villain, they keep improvising a musical. Except Batman. And, I want to know who the singers are because they're actually tolerable. I expect jarodrussell was singing along with "Deathtrap".
Frank "Frankly" Clay adjusted the web camera clipped to the top of his laptop. His image on the screen focused as he manipulated the lens. After a few half twists, his picture sharpened to a decent form. He was expecting a skype soon, and it wouldn't do to look blurry while addressing the Scientist Supreme. A moment after his picture sharpened, the secure video communication began to flash....
From the NYPost : In his view, doctors focus too much on the needs of their own patients; they should be taught to ask whether the money they're spending on a patient is worth it. To curb doctors' spending, the stimulus legislation launched a process of sending doctors protocols via computer on what the government deems "appropriate" and "cost-effective" care. Doctors who are not "meaningful ...
As I've said before , I like parts, which is one reason I like Warehouse 13 . I've kind of been wondering lately who else would like it for the same reason. The Doctor - I think the Doctor would get a kick out of all the stuff in the Warehouse. Golly, I never thought something so uncompromisingly straight-arrow and hardcore good old-fashioned American like Superman could be disliked, or even hated, as...
jarodrussell Decided to make a female Rocketeer pastiche now that he can get Flight at L6 due to veteran rewards, so I made a male Bettie Page for teaming up. And since Bertie seemed the best alter on Bettie, I threw in some Bertie Wooster.
Can has Yaws working! I have to say, Yaws is pretty fast, faster than my usual server speed . My setup is running through an Apache proxy, so that likely slows it a bit, but even then...I'm impressed. (I'd installed Yaws a while back , but never got it setup through my proxy for world-wide access.) One of my three goals 1 this week while I'm off is to build a small site or service with ...
From rap541 's Dragon*Con report : Jimmy was also very nice, although the arrow pointing to Power Girl's breasts that he added make the phrase Jarod wanted make perfect sense. He seemed a little annoyed but was very nice. The phrase, btw, is: "These are Power Girl's business plan." Since, you know, she doesn't have one . Ah. I feel warm and fuzzy all over.
