Last night went better than I had expected it to. I was worried at first because I fell way behind schedule. I was almost an hour late picking up Michael. Lucky for me he is the most laid back person I have ever dated in my life so he just shrugged and smiled. After picking him up I took him to Memorial park. Laid out a sheet and we had a picnic. Sushi, grapes, apple slices, cheddar, pepper jack, and caramel dipping sauce for the fruit. Then I gave him a fleece blanket that I made with lots of my mother's help. He liked it. I was just happy it covers him huge bed. Then he got the cards Mekhi and I made for him. Mekhi's was a dinosaur. Somehow, when he signed his name he wrote it mirrored. Not backwards, not upside down, but perfectly mirrored! It was crazy. My card was full of 28 coupons. The coupons were good for everything from watching the sunset to the naughty bits. I loved the facial expressions he made while reading each coupon. He said he's saving the one for a big kiss for when I am mad at him. He's cute like that. After our picnic, we went back to his place and coloured together. Silly I know but fun anyway. It's a big fuzzy poster of a joker/jester. It's fun to sit next to each other and be cute and decide which shades of purple and green to use on the joker/jester's outfit. After colouring we went to bed early. ^_^ *cough cough nudge nudge wink wink*
Today has been my first enjoyable day of in ages. I slept in until around 10:30 which, considering I'm usually up by 7am now a days, was amazing! Cashed my check, paid a couple bills, cleaned my car, and now I'm checking my online jazz. I plan on getting a new tire on my car to replace the one that keeps losing air. Then I am going to shower and primp. Michael's friend Joceline invited Chris, Amy, Michael, and I to all meet up for Sushi. Then we are going to all go see CHOKE! A new Chuck Palahniuk movie. Yippee Skippie!
I don't feel so bad about always being broke right now since watching the president's speech on the fact that the nation is in a financial crisis. I guess we are all broke. I still don't know what I am going to do with myself. I like the idea of opening my own tattoo studio more and more. Maybe there will be some kind of new and awesome grants available after the election. ::shrug::
Time for me to get the last of the busy stuff done. I'll update again soon.
