I could NOT get to sleep last night. I laid down at like 12:30, and just lay there awake thinking about alien artifacts and civilizations and my own ship of the imagination (yes, I'd been watching Cosmos right before bed - it's USUALLY a good idea), until about quarter past one, when I was ALMOST falling asleep, just on the cusp -- AND THEN MY ROOMMATES CAME HOME. And sat out in the kitchen giggling and drinking wine (I know because there's an empty bottle on the counter that wasn't there before) until almost two, by which time I'd almost given up the will to live.

So I got maybe five hours of sleep last night. I'm feeling surprisingly awake at the moment, but I know that won't last. Who wants to bet me a dollar that the crash will hit just before or during my stats test? Why wouldn't it?

If it doesn't hit then it will certainly hit right after, during my enviro.sci field trip. Naturally. Because while tromping around in the woods and streams is EXACTLY when you want to be a zombie.
