Anyway, things have been looking up. …Kinda. Not so much Since I got a job, I can actually pay for shit and not have to rely on Sam for charity. I’d say it’s party worthy, but I’m not making that much money. Or…who knows, the system here is kinda weird. Either way, no party.

That curse a couple days ago made me realize how crazy the ticking can drive a person, though. I stopped thinking about it for a while, but having a…what was it, daemon? Whatever, Elix. Having him around made me notice it all over again. So, I’m thinking about getting a pet—I’d say roommate, but no way in hell with…everything.
