As such, Campaign: Find SS is aimed not merely at finding SS and restoring him to the safety of his family, but is intended as yet another Civil Rights episode and movement in the history of [the United States of] America. We, the people of America, have long since been clear that denial of guaranteed rights to anyone of us is denial to everyone of us. SS never received proper, objective and verifiable treatment for years within the New Jersey medical system, where it is well known in medical circles willing to speak out (e,g. the renowned Dr. Xavier Amador; http://www.xavieramador.com/) that schizophrenic patients are routinely rotated from facility to facility without any proper treatment afforded them. This is one of the tragedies that the National Association For Rights, Protection & Advocacy (“NARPA”; http://www.narpa.org/) speaks of in terms of “Every day, behind closed doors, human rights violations are occurring on a regular basis - and Americans don’t know about it. America’s mental health system is the shame of the country.” II. Anyone who has at all dealt with mental illness in the family, also knows well how it can occupy, encumber, envelope, hogtie, overtake, overrun, overwhelm, consume, exhaust, bankrupt, uproot, destroy, … the entire family behind the patient. Actor Joseph Pantoliano, Founder & President of NO KIDDING, ME TOO (http://www.nkm2.org/), describes same in terms of “There is oft quoted statistic that for every person … with mental illness, eleven loved ones are [dis]affected.” III. SS’s illness was brought on by Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, caused by his brother, AJ defrauding their first generation immigrated family to the US. AJ had been educated (at Ivy League Schools) and established in America by the vast unforgiving sacrifices of his family. In return, he was required by a formal family contract to likewise help educate and establish his younger siblings in America. At the time he reneged on this duty, in favor of pure selfishness which included a jet-set life style, OS (who had educated himself at Ivy League Schools first and then established AJ) was supporting SIS through her first degree at an Ivy League School. AJ so taking off and defrauding the family not only left it in a mind-blowing financial upheaval, but SS’s career plans inordinately delayed. This had a devastating effect on SS’s psyche, which accumulating over the years caused his mental health illness. IV, AJ wanted the best of all the worlds, the benefit of family contact and comfort without performing his financial and other duties owed the family. When he could not have same, he took to rousing violence and physically manhandling family members (including with a deadly weapon). When asked to leave, stalking family members, harassing SIS on her campus, carrying out break-ins in the family homestead, …. He even left his own debts in OS’s name for OS to handle by himself. Cleaning out this mess took years and simply years. OS struggled through this financial upheaval while also helping SIS finish her undergraduate degree timely. However, her graduate school, enabling an expedited green-card and employment decent enough to be helpful to the family, was delayed by 11 years on account of AJ’s frauds and other upheaval caused at the core of the family’s living operations. SS’s coming to America delayed by 12 years, during which his health inordinately tortured. Since OS, embroiled in the financial mess of AJ’s making and of having to simultaneously fund SIS through school by himself again, could not fund SS and their Dad back in the old country, the resulting neglect did not help SS again. The effect on their Dad was his premature passing. V. Eventually, it was OS who brought both SS and their Dad also to the US, rescuing them from AJ’s self-serving abuse of them. Always taking one-sidedly, he used them for his emotional support, but never gave them any sound financial support in return or otherwise. In the prior years, where AJ had stalked the third sibling, with the idea of intimidating her into breaking up with the family, now he took to the same subterfuge to intimidate SS too. Never minding that he was an admitted attorney, in fact his deeds broadcasting that he took his legal credentials to be a license for licentious conduct by him. Breaking into the family credit reports, he stalked family members covertly. When they were away, to conduct break-ins at the family homestead. Attempts to blackmail them. Set up schemes with their neighbors to spy on the family. … VI. Sibling’s Dad passed away a year after arriving in the US, having arrived terminally ill. SS who, after years of harrowing time of AJ’s creation, was just beginning to recover under OS and SIS’s devoted care in that very past year, devastated, slid immediately into deep mental illness. OS, who had the previous year quit his job to work from home, in order to take care of Dad, was now stuck long-term so taking care of SS. Permanently unable to return to regular work under SS’s long-term illness. This was also the time when SIS was finishing her graduate school after a decade plus’ man-made delay. For OS the completion of 20 years of punishing financial upheaval and unbearable stress faced continuously for the family, the last major ones unduly on account of AJ’s frauds and other visitations on the family. VII. SS attending a day-care near home for his illness was arranged to be abducted in 1997 by AJ’s covert operations continuing to scheme against the family and bent on breaking it up. AJ had never managed to grow up in life, hence such juvenile escapades and pursuits. He could give no proof or even undertaking of conducting himself with adult proportions to be able to be restored to the family safely. Always terrified of facing up to life, he himself had serious enough mental problems to have taken his own self for psychiatric help in the 1980s. Whether now in the late 90s he was still receiving such help, since he did not live with the family, it does not know. AJ by no means any well man, by the evidence of his own sole doings. VIII. It took the family painful weeks to find SS after the AJ orchestrated abduction in 1997 and have him restored to itself. It is significant that the hospital SS was abducted to misrepresented to the family that he did not want to see them. Two weeks later when the family managed to find a way to contact SS directly, he told them such was not the case and he wanted to come home to them immediately. This abduction was pure vendetta against the family discharged by AJ so. AJ falsely alleged family abusing SS, which was investigated and cleared by the State’s Adult Protective Services/“APS”. APS complained to the family that AJ had promised them incontrovertible supporting evidence, but disappeared after lodging his false complaint with them. IX. Taking care of SS’s illness in the next couple of years, carefully kept out of AJ’s knowledge and reach, required extravagant ongoing deep sacrifices again by OS and SIS in the ensuing years. Family inordinately weakened and uprooted by AJ’s previous frauds, brought to the brink of financial ruin by SS’s illness of AJ’s direct making only. SIS who had just begun career-track employment after graduate school, delayed by ten plus years, was running home constantly to so many medical emergencies for SS, she too was forced to join OS in working from home, the limited fashion this itself was made possible by SS’s illness. In the ensuing years, all the problems of AJ’s creation were to permanently take away all the personal and professional aspects of the lives of all the other siblings. Effectively, under the onslaught of two mentally unwell family members. X. SS received no proper and verifiable treatment in the next five years through 2001, shunted uselessly from one day care to another. Discouraged and disillusioned, his medical situation worsened suddenly between August-October 2001, requiring institutionalization at BRMC. This was the same hospital in an earlier incarnation that SS had been abducted to five years earlier.
