Ganked from somebody over at [info]fatshionista

1. What is your biggest fashion pet-peeve?
The way plus-size clothing is scaled up, so that the arm holes are ludicrously big and the shoulder seam droops halfway to one's elbows. (But the band that's supposed to define my waist on a baby doll topcuts right across my boobs. Way to go---not!)

2. What have you worn, then looked back at or saw a pic of and said, OMG I will never wear that again!?
> An all-in-one plaid dress (looked like a cream-colored knit top under a blue and green plaid skirt and vest) which I liked until they were taking pix of the office staff and I saw what it looked like on. (My hips were a mile wide---NOT a good look!) I never wore it again, just laundered and donated it.

3. What is your signature style?
(I expect to see a phony market researcher when I hear this question. Maybe because I watch WAY too much What Not to Wear!)
When I get dressed, I always consider the old Oingo Boingo song: Who do you want to be today? I *like* to think of myself as a classic pin-up, but that may be delusional. What I wear on a given day depends on where I'm going and what I'm doing. I've gotten the crap out of my wardrobe, so the stuff I have left is in good condition and fits. Work is fairly dressy---pants, skirts or dresses, not jeans---except for Saturday, when I'm at the "don't give a rat's ass" stage. Church is as dressy as work, maybe more so---I'm more likely to break out the accessories for church. No one notices that stuff at work! Lunch with Kat is more likely to be along the lines of Saturday casual, but with a patterned top that won't show fallout. CUUPs is pretty much whatever I'm in the mood for...it's the same crowd as church, and I've had plenty of validation about how I dress from them. Usually under the category of "pretty" or "cute", depending on how motivated I'm feeling...if there's a particular element of my style, it's something that shows personality---like a vintage bag, unique jewelry, a hat or scarf.
